An obscure Wisconsin favorite becomes America's fastest-growing cheese

We teamed up with two ambitious entrepreneurs from Madison to transform a relatively unknown cheese from Wisconsin into a runaway success. We led the charge to overhaul the brand.

We began by creating a new name and positioning, followed by an engaging new logo, standout packaging, an assortment of exciting flavors, and an innovation pipeline for years 2 and 3. We handled all design aspects, from the shipping materials and collateral to crafting a powerful website, an SEO-driven content bank, and curating a dynamic social media presence. 

We provided pricing, promotion, competitive entry, distribution, and national and global market penetration guidance. Coupled with savvy DTC and B:B, digital marketing, we fueled this brand’s meteoric ascent. Our efforts encompassed inventive campaign creation, sophisticated media planning and buying, and targeted customer relationship management. 

Since its launch in January 2022, THE BIG MOO has won two world cheese championships and is readily available at major retailers, including Sprouts and Publix, and by the end of year 1 was distributed in over 4,000 specialty food retailers nationwide.
