Managing Partner/CEO 

Thomas is the Managing Partner & CEO of Revelatory Foods. A seasoned finance, hospitality and operations professional with over twenty-five years of experience, He is the owner of twiggy to go – a gourmet, prepared food retail store and catering company in Tribeca. He has a 15-year career in investment banking and consulting and over 12 years of hospitality experience, overseeing multi-unit restaurant groups in New York City.

Betsy Fox

Principal, Sales and Marketing

Betsy Fox is a Principal at Revelatory Foods, leading the sales and marketing practice. She is a tenured strategic leader with an exceptional track record of building high-growth brands and spearheading innovative revenue-generating initiatives. She has a diverse range of experience, having worked with companies spanning from cult startups like Red Boat Fish Sauce and Sfoglini Pasta to Fortune 500 giants such as Mars and Danone.

Principal, Technology and Design

Josh Pugh

Josh Pugh is a Principal at Revelatory Foods and leads our digital practice. After founding and leading digital marketing companies in Australia, he started Fortnight Digital, based in New York City, which forms the basis for Revelatory Foods Tech and Design Group. He leads strategy and execution for a wide range of direct-to-consumer, and business-to-business organizations across the United States. Josh is a leader in community engagement and online strategy and is renowned for his SEO and SEM work. He brings a range of design, technical,and technological skills to the group.
